zpool-set is a terminal UI and scripting front-end for ZFS pool properties (zpool get / zpool set). It lists every property of a pool with its value and source, explains each one and each pool feature, edits it through a list of the allowed values with their meaning or a validated text field, and shows the exact zpool set commands before running them. Pre-flight checks point out what zpool will refuse (an import-time property, a feature that cannot be disabled, a bootfs outside the pool, multihost without a hostid, a compatibility file that does not exist) and what a change implies (enabling a feature is irreversible and can make the pool unreadable for older systems and boot loaders, failmode=panic, cachefile=none, delegation=off). All of it is also available non-interactively for scripts (-set, -reset, -enable, -where, -dump/-restore, dry run, -check).
