Tauri is a framework for building tiny, fast, and secure desktop
applications with a web frontend. Developers can use any frontend
framework that compiles to HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, while the backend
is written in Rust.

Tauri produces small binaries by using the operating system's native
webview instead of bundling a full browser engine. It supports creating
installers for Linux (.deb, AppImage), macOS (.app, .dmg), and Windows
(.exe, .msi), and provides features such as auto-updating, app signing,
system trays, multi-window mode, and transparent or frameless windows.

This port builds the Tauri command-line interface (CLI), used to create,
develop, and package Tauri applications.
