Patch GPRBuild to search host's ${PREFIX} in addition to the installed
  GNAT ${PREFIX}. This enables easier integration of Ada Ports, and removes
  the restriction of of limited "with"-ing of GPR projects to the GNAT
  ${PREFIX} only.
